Our owner, Benny Carter, has always loved building things ever since he played with Tonka Trucks in the sandbox. He soon found that he had a skill in thinking up new design ideas, and building them with precision. Analyzing construction designs taught him how important precision build is, and knowing that constantly learning construction techniques to make them even better quickly became a passion that makes Carter Custom Construction a highly unique builder in the Twin Cities and Minnesota.
With some great mentors and work experience, Benny soon set out to own his own construction and building company. In 1998, Carter Custom Construction was born, and we’ve been growing and serving thousands of customers ever since.
